"Achieving Your Passion for Home Ownership"

Service with conviction, enthusiasm, and excitement! I love my job!

Passion
I am a reliable Realtor with integrity and ability to create win-win situations! I bring to the table perseverance and persistence to achieve you goals. Whether you are needing to sell a house and net the most money possible or buy a house to move-up or as a first time purchase, your goals become my priority.

Creativity
I know how to make a presence with you home in the market place. I am committed to lifelong learning and constantly striving to improve and stay on the cutting edge of the ever-changing real estate market.

Communication

Communication is a pillar I have built my business upon. I am accessible to you for all of your questions and concerns. I am committed to the outcome and will take action and responsibility along the way.

Clients for Life

90 % of my business is from friends and family ; they know my integrity, sincerity, and expertise and they trust me as their Realtor, and a Realtor that they recommend to friends and family. When you become my client you become my friends and family. I strive to have a business that revolves around you; you are the priorty.

Experience
Residential real estate is my specialty as I have developed cutting edge technology ways to help market and sell my homes. I also enjoy working with buyers helping with the whole process and walking through the important decisions to be made. However, I also enjoy working with investors. Through my mentor relationship and investment classes I have taken, I have truly learned that real estate can be an investment vehicle to drive you to financial freedom and help you reach financial goals.

Personal
The first 18 years of my life I was a Pampa Harvester. After coming to Texas Tech and falling in love with Lubbock, I now call myself a true Red Raider. I graduated with a Bachelors in Arts in Science from Texas Tech University in May 2007. On December 21,2008, The love of my life, Brad Newton, asked me to marry him! We were married on  May 9th, 2009.  What an awesome adventure my life has been. We enjoying contributing to our family and community. We are involved in Second Helping Soup Kitchen sponsored by the First Methodist Church, proud members of our church, Ecclesia, and sponsors of a compassion child in Ecuador. We both have a passion for outdoors: road biking, hiking, running, kayaking, water rafting, and riding our new moped!
