She promptly set up houses for us to view, and because she had done such a great job listening to our needs, all the houses we saw were well worth our time. When viewing the houses, Tara remained unbiased about the houses, was thoroughly informed about each home, and very professional and helpful at each viewing. Not only that, we knew right from the start that Tara cared about us and truly wanted to find the right home for our family. When we found the house we wanted, Tara worked hard to negotiate a fair price for us, and she took care of all the details in a timely and professional manner. In fact, every time we thought of anything that might need to be done, Tara had already thought of it and taken care of it. We really appreciated how simple and easy Tara made the entire process.
